We’re thrilled to introduce Bootcamp & Brunch - a brand-new wellness experience at Noonaweena Lodge designed to energize your body, clear your mind, and leave you feeling incredible… all before lunchtime.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Yengo National Park, this Thursday wellness escape blends purposeful movement, nourishing food, and time to truly unwind. Think fresh mountain air, feel-good fitness, and a long, relaxed brunch - the kind of morning that resets everything.
Sweat With Purpose
Your day begins with a 1-hour personal training bootcamp led by Kara Holmes, Owner of Onshore Fitness. With over 15 years of experience across elite fitness, Pilates, gymnastics coaching and professional dance, Kara brings infectious energy, deep knowledge and a genuinely inclusive approach to every session.
The bootcamp blends cardio, strength and mobility, with exercises that are fully scalable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re easing back into movement or ready to be challenged, Kara meets you exactly where you’re at - helping you feel strong, supported and confident, never overwhelmed.

Brunch, Recovery & Relaxation
After your workout, it’s time to slow things down.
Refuel with a relaxed, nourishing brunch overlooking the valleys of Yengo National Park, featuring:
* Coconut yogurt pots with granola
* Fresh seasonal fruit platters
* Our signature Yengo Smash on toast with your choice of bacon or salmon
* Fresh juices and Nespresso coffee
Once brunch is done, the morning continues at your pace. Enjoy time to unwind with access to our pool, spa and infrared sauna, or elevate your reset even further with an optional relaxation massage - the perfect finishing touch to your wellness escape.
